The two cycle oil should be a JASCO
rated oil (FB, FC or FD). The oil has only one chance to properly
lubricate the piston, rings and cylinder before being burned off
during combustion. Oil is critical to operation of the two-cycle
engine. If the oil is mixed too rich, you can cause carbon build up
on the piston, cylinder head combustion area or behind the rings.
This buildup can cause the rings to stick and will result in poor
engine performance. Also, the use of stale fuel will cause cylinder

chain saw engine will destroy the piston in a short period of time
and usually results from low octane or old stale premixed fuel. We
