Our Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Information:

Regular Shipping Option:

Orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or FedEX Ground. We reserve the right to choose which service is used. Please provide both a physical address and P.O. Box address if both apply to you. Any returns to us due to wrong mailing address, no forwarding address or no mail receptacle will result in additional shipping charges to you in order to reship your order. We do not ship internationally.

Special Orders:

Special Order parts that are not in Stock can take approximately 1 - 2 weeks to get in. Because it is a Special Order, your credit card will be charged at the time of the order. Please Note, we do not accept returns on special order items.  

Return Policies:
We will only accept returns of a product that has been directly ordered from Lil Red Barn, LLC. You have 30 days after original invoice date to return a product. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. All returned parts must be in new, un-used, un-installed and re-saleable condition. Please allow 7-10 days for processing returns.
  • All products returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain a RMA number by calling 540-434-9852 during operating hours of M, T, Th 5pm to 10pm EST and Sat 8am - 4 pm EST. In order to enable efficient and timely processing of returns, all returns should have the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the packaging and include a copy of the order invoice.
  • Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost if received by us:
  • Any product not purchased from Lil Red Barn, LLC
  • Any product that has been installed or used unless do to failure during   Manufacturer's Warranty period.
  • Any product that is returned without all of the original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product.
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or charge a 20% processing charge for any return. Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Limited Return Eligibility:

Electrical : Uninstalled electrical items are available for exchange only. We allow you to exchange electrical items ordered incorrectly to be returned for the correct item.

Gaskets and seals are sold as final sale (not returnable).


According to U.S. law, refund credits can only be returned back to the card of original purchase. In the event that a card can no longer be charged back (lost card etc.) an attempt on our part has to be made at least once and then a company check will be sent to the purchaser. The company check process can delay the time taken to receive the refund.

Shipping or Website Errors:

Should the customer receive product not expressly ordered either by our shipping error or incorrect website information, the product will be picked up by our shipper and replacements shipped at no additional charge

Sales Tax Information:

For residents of Virginia: Your purchase is subject to state use tax of 5% unless it is specifically exempt from taxation.

  • The purchase is not exempt merely because the purchase is made over the Internet, by catalogue, or by other remote means.
  • The state requires each purchaser to report any purchase that was not taxed and to pay on the purchase. The tax may be reported and paid on your state's use tax form.
