Ordered Forester Bar/Chain combo HJ205878X, actually received Power Tech UHL20-58SH. I specifically wanted the Forester product and was very disappointed in what was sent. Sent an email to Sales stating the situation and my desire for a refund, no reply. Next day sent another email to the main email address stating desire for refund, no reply. Next day, packed up wrong item and shipped back with a letter asking for refund, waiting to see how quickly refund is issued. Still no reply to either email as of today, 4 days since first email...........
Needless to say, I'm extremely disappointed in the way this transaction has played out...would have gladly accepted having the ordered item sent if I could have gotten any sort of response at all!
