I have email the company 3 time and still are unable to get an answer to the problem. They sent me a 20” bar with a 16” chain, then ask me for information, which I give, then want different information, which I give again. Still no response. I sent another request to resolve this problem and still have not received a reply.

Most of the parts for this CS50 are obsolete and very hard to find. I needed a new bar for it and was ready to toss it in the trash when a search led me to Lil' Red Barn. Turns out they have put together a chain and bar replacement for this saw that works like a charm.
