Product was not damaged but original carton looked pretty bad! Also product was ordered from your home site, you also had the identical item listed on Ebay and the shipping was $1.65 less, after a phone call to your sales office NO refund for the extra shipping was offered only a statement that Ebay sets its own shipping price, This is wrong I know , because I also list on Ebay, Shipping is based on weight at the post office , Not Ebay!!!
