Returned product, no communications or refund!  Purchased 2 chains which did not fit my chainsaw.  Payed $9 to ship to me and $8 to return the  2 chains for which I paid $33. Spent $50 for nothing!  Called  twice, sent an email, no response.  Worst online purchasing experience I have ever had.

We were notified that our shipment was shipped on the 5th but USPS tracking indicates it was not shipped until the 7th. Also I did not get a reply to two emails I sent  requesting information. Never having purchased from you before I have no way of knowing if this is typical of your service or if it was an anomaly but your customers do expect better communications.
