Drug their feet getting a bar and chain and  pulling starter mailed, mailed the item that was supposed to be 2-day shipping. 2 weeks after the initial order was placed and over 1 week since it was shipped and I still haven't received my item. Won't order from here again.

I received the starter cord and handle very quickly. I thought the cord was a bit small in diameter, but it seems plenty strong and should hold up really well.
