I purchased "18" OREGON VERSACUT BAR AND CHAIN COMBO .325"" and have only received the bar and not the chain. I've phoned and emailed with no response, so I'm not sure if this is a backorder problem or simply overlooked at shipping. The packing slip states only the bar was shipped. I've turned it over to the credit card company for resolution.
