I'm very disappointed in customer service. I ordered a bar and chain in January and received the wrong chain. I've called six times and nobody will return my calls, now I'm stuck with a 52.00 paper weight. This will be the last time I ever order from this website. You would think if someone made a mistake they would be willing to fix the problem as soon as possible, we'll not this place.
