Homelite flywheel puller Super XL, XL12	August 17, 2026

I was afraid to pull a flywheel myself on a chainsaw having never done it before. But I had to replace the coil and points on an old XL12 and this tool did just the trick. I am confident now in my ability to do this and deeply satisfied with my purchase and knack to learn as I go. This kit has a rugged heavy duty plate and main screw. It will get the job done safely.

The puller was an exact fit and worked perfectly. Bolted it on. tightened it up, a few whacks with a hammer and pop off came the flywheel.
