Recently I was online at litredbarn generating an order and had a question about the specification of one of the items and called in on the phone. The person that answered was not very helpfull and said she would have to have someone call me back. When i asked how long it would be she replied it may be an hour or so. I explained that would be unacceptable  and ended the call. I also left the litredbarn website and went to one of your competitors website, found the information i needed and placed an order for the parts needed. I only returned to the  litredbarn website to order one item that was not available from your competitor. The point is if you are going to provide a phone number for on line help you should provide qualified persons to answer that phone.  I hope you take this as constructive advise.  Thank you.
