NOTE: STIHL USED 2 DIFFERENT CYLINDERS, ONE HAS 3 SCREWS TO HOLD THE INTAKE MANIFOLD ON AND THE OTHER USED 4 SCREWS TO HOLD THE INTAKE ONTO THE CYLINDER!!! THIS CYLINDER IS THE 3 SCREW MANIFOLD STYLE, BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR CYLINDER BEFORE ORDERING, I DO NOT HAVE THE 4 SCREW STYLE CYLINDER.
NOTE: THE CYLINDER AND PISTON KIT IS NOT MADE IN CHINA

Rare in this day to get a value that turns out as expected.  Cylinder casting was fine, as was piston.  Used OEM rings, but everything went together smoothly.  Fired right up.  Time will tell but great so far.

I put the new piston and cylinder in my MS391, everything was correct. Small issue with the threads in the intake manifold mount on the cylinder,  fixed with a file.
