Just installed cap today to do some cutting. I primed the bulb and started. Within 2 minutes I notice fuel leaking out all over. Upon closer inspection, fuel is leaking from around the primer bulb where the part was remanufactured. The epoxy used did not form a good seal. Was expecting a new part, instead it was a rebuilt.
