I had a 2 year old Stihl MS 250 chain saw that from day 1 was hard to start.  When it would not start using starter fluid it was time to change the ignition coil. Replacement coil was different than was shown on the web in that the spark plug cap was already connected to the high tension lead and had to be removed in order to feed the wire to the spark plug. This was the hardest part of the whole job. Reinstalled the cover and the saw started on the first pull. Certainly worth the time and effort.

Excellent product.  Replaced ignition coil on Stihl Model 021 chainsaw, easy installation and perfect fit.  Part arrived promptly.  Very nice to work with Lil' Red Barn

Could’ve gotten it for a few bucks cheaper, but I wanted to have working replacement.

I got it.

Two pulls and the saw leapt to life.

Nothing unusual for a replacement part, but quick delivery and seemingly the right part.
