Called about the bar and chain I had purchased because the chain didnt fit the bar. The sales man didnt apologize for sending out the wrong chain with the bar, and barely even acknowledged that a mistake had been made and really didnt seem to care. It took quite a few time for him to understand that I had ordered a bar and chain combo and the chain should have fit the bar as they were advertized as a set. I didnt really mind that the chain was wrong, mistakes happen but it was his lack of response and lack of apology that dissapointed me.
