I received a damaged sprocket bearing. Lil Red Barn will not answer the phone or return email. It's been 12 days now and still no attempt made to solve the issue!

I replaced the original ring sprocket with this spur sprocket on my homelite super xl 925 chainsaw six shoe clutch along with a new bar and chain and the machine pulled it like it was nothing. it sliced right through a 20 inch diameter green poplar tree like a hot knife through butter. the chain when I cut through the same exact tree with the ring sprocket setup.  I was so amazed by the performance of the spur sprocket setup that I plan on replacing the original ring sprocket setup with this spur sprocket on my other homelite super xl 925 six shoe clutch
