Doesn't fit, customer service takes forever and doesn't help. Took me over a week to get them to respond, then they told me to cut up my saw.

Doesn't fit my stihl 041 farm boss. It's bigger and has an extra screw tab. Please provide return instructions and what info needed for correct part. Can e-mail pictures if that would help.
