Called twice and emailed twice trying to get a refund for the stihl 064 conversion kit I am still have not gotten a response

This old saw is like a friend of the family, I purchased it new in 1985 and other than a set of rings and crank seals and a lot of chains and bars in just keeps on going. When the fuel tank started leaking I replaced it, the filter support and cover wouldn't fit with the new tank and handle. With this kit it is good for another 31 years
