Dear Sir,

I have received the kit from your company.  I had the kit installed on the saw, by an experienced saw mechanic.  Unfortunately, the saw would operate.  After some examination we have determined that the cylinder is defective.  The vaccum tube on the side of the cylinder leaks air.  The air leak is visible, after spraying with soapy water.  Please inform me of the exchange procedure.  I can be reached at 615-496-6255.  Thank you Blake.
