Chain was to big for O15L...I have a 14 inch bar ..72 links..the chain you sent me had 80 links..I broke the chain and I'm trying to find a link to connect it..without success so far..its a 1/4 inch pitch chain..if you have a link can you send me one..I would pay for it..

I ordered a replacement chain saw chain from you (Order 10645). Turned out I ordered the wrong size and needed to return the blade for a refund. Called your customer service line. Was told someone from Parts would call me back. Received a voice mail later, but my phone never rang (my problem, not yours). Called customer service again. Was told again than someone from Parts would call me back. The call never came. You need a way for customers to contact your Parts department DIRECTLY rather than having to call in and wait for a callback. Will try again.
